If you have an issue with your order, please send an email to sales@alittlespark.co | We will determine a solution to your issue by refund, resend, return, or exchange depending on your order concern. Returns, refunds, and exchanges must be approved in advance.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Request for refund, return, or exchange must be made within 30 days of your order being delivered/delivery date scanned by shipping courier. Your return must be postmarked within 45 days of the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Returns and exchanges may take up to 7 business days to process, once A Little Spark receives your return.

Sometimes orders can be stuck In Transit for over 3 weeks. If tracking does not update within this time frame, please contact sales@alittlespark.co and we'll work on a solution.
